Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C)

This course was developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) to meet specific needs on their job sites. Its detailed planning concepts are preventative in nature and are designed to reduce do-overs, improve quality and maintain timelines. A Qualified Person (QC) is required on most USACE/NAVFAC sites and on some smaller projects. A Qualified Person can be both the QC and the SSHO.
